Good questions
Things people ask before they book.
I haven't been to a dentist in years. Will I get a lecture?
No. Half our new patients say exactly this. We'll take photos, show you what's going on, and build a plan in the order that matters — starting with anything that hurts.
Do you see kids? How young?
Dr. Tran is a pediatric dentist and sees children from their first birthday. First visits under age 3 are free and mostly involve a ride in the chair and a sticker.
What if I'm anxious or have a strong gag reflex?
Tell us when you book. We offer noise-cancelling headphones, weighted blankets, nitrous oxide and oral sedation for longer visits, and we never rush numbing.
Is the $99 new patient offer really everything?
Yes: comprehensive exam, full digital X-rays and a standard cleaning. If gum disease means you need a deep cleaning instead, we'll explain the difference and the cost before anything happens.
Can I come in today if something hurts?
Call before 3pm on a weekday and we hold time for same-day emergencies. The emergency exam is $79 and we'll get you out of pain first, plan second.
